The outer wallpaper is stripped--it would take another week to soak and scrape the rest. Most certainly my least favorite part of the remodel. Walls are still purple, cabinets still brown.
This kitchen did not see much cooking action for a couple of weeks. The fridge was new and black, the stove was broken and white, the microwave was brownish and about a hundred years old.
DURING:
The wall is down and the pillar taking shape.
Floors are in various states of being taken apart.
Orange paint is up--doesn't look good against the oak. Ceilings are still purple. Still painting the inset with lights in it.
